Repair and Calibration Services

Post-warranty repair and calibration services are available, as before, for a total of 3- or 5-years coverage. Instead of ordering an option, however, you must order a specific item and quantity. The following table cross-references the previous warranty and calibration options with the new items and quantities.

Serial Numbers and Option Configuration

Serial labels on Agilent products have changed. The labels now list the following information:

  1. model number of the product
  2. hardware option configuration (This information is given in the format: ATO– followed by a string of variable digits.)
  3. serial number
